Technology and Equipment Usage

Our appraisers and office staff have some of the best and most useful technology available to use in the preparation of your appraisal. We utilize industry standard office applications and have access to following databases: M.L.S., local government, state and federal land records and historic market comparable sales. We use the latest in geographic information systems (GIS) and have capabilities in desktop publishing, PDF generation and map making.

appraising and real estate).
Appraisal Education
Numerous appraisal courses and seminars have been taken through the various professional appraisal
organizations.  In excess of 400 hours of appraisal courses and 500  hours of continuing education,
seminars have been completed since 1976.
Continuing Education for Designated Members
The Appraisal Institute and American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers conducts continuing
education programs for its members.  Members who meet the minimum standards of these programs are
awarded periodic educational certification.  The requirements under these continuing education programs
are completed and current.
