Established in 1977, the Bethel Land Trust is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) devoted to preserving open space and the natural resources of Bethel, CT.  We are a private, nonprofit organization that, as all or part of its mission, actively works to conserve land by undertaking or assisting in land or conservation easement acquisition, or by its stewardship of such land or easements.

Our goal of land conservation is to permanently preserve sensitive natural areas, farmland, water sources, cultural resources or notable landmarks forever so as to help preserve or improve the quality of life of Bethel, CT residents.
