Patricia Flood is a civil engineer with a water resources emphasis.  She is also a Certified General Appraiser in Colorado.  In addition to water resource valuation work, her focuses have been water rights, water supply feasibility studies, drainage design and the design and construction administration of water facilities. She is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional.  In 2006, Patricia was named an Outstanding Woman Engineer by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Colorado.
