Midcoast Conservancy was formed from five local conservation organizations. We wanted to have a greater impact on land conservation and clean water and get more families connected to the outdoors. By coming together and putting mission first, we’ve done just that. We now have over 13,000 acres of land conserved where wildlife thrives, and where we are leaders in protecting our lakes from pollution and other threats and reconnecting waterways by removing barriers.

Land, Water and Community are the soul of the work we share.  The Medomak River, the Sheepscot River and Damariscotta Lake are three jewels in Midcoast Maine. By joining forces, we are doing even more on their behalf.
