Carolyn was born in California and attended Cal State Fullerton where she obtained her Bachelor’s in Accounting. Carolyn worked for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company before moving to Jackson in 1991. She began appraising for Hoffman & Associates in 1994 and is now a partner in Granite Creek Valuation. Carolyn has appraised residential and commercial land, subdivisions, commercial buildings, single-family and multi-family residences, as well as apartment complexes, gas stations and a variety of other properties.
