GreenTrust Alliance, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit environmental organization committed to completing complicated restoration projects and protecting land for the future by building unique public and private strategic partnerships to accomplish mutual goals.

GTA is a cooperating land trust with Maryland Environmental Trust and a Land Trust Member of the Land Trust Alliance, and is currently applying for Land Trust Accreditation. We can serve as the long-term steward for restoration and easement properties and have experience in doing so with properties and easements. In addition, we have experience in acting as a short-term steward of properties or easements being transitioned to public agency ownership.
