Mr. Heinrich has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1982. He began his career with Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, Inc. in 1986 in the Valuation & Advisory group and continued in that office as a Senior Appraiser until 1992, when he relocated to the Kansas City area. From 1992 through 1999 he worked as a Senior Appraiser with two Kansas City area appraisal firms. In 1999 he formed Alliance Realty Advisors, Inc. and served as President of this appraisal and consulting group until 2005. In 2005, Mr. Heinrich returned to Cushman & Wakefield, partnering the establishment of the Kansas City office. Current responsibilities consist of client relations and the review and appraisal of real property.
