Mr. Rosen joined LandVest in 1986 and has overseen the expansion of LandVest's consulting business to a national and international practice. He is also active in the marketing and sale of complex land-based properties, including land conservation transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rosen worked for the Central Park Conservancy and the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation. He has been a consultant for Boston's Neighborhood Housing Services, Neighborhood Reinvestment, the National Park Service, and The Nature Conservancy. He co-authored a book on 19th century building technology, and several articles on historic landscape restoration and land conservation planning. Mr. Rosen also serves as an executor and trustee for private individuals.
