Responsible for timber appraisals and stumpage analyses on numerous projects throughout the Lake States. Serves as an appraisal assistant on forestland appraisal projects for timber land exchanges, sales, and acquisitions.

Forest Inventory: Field and supervising forester with cruising experience on projects totaling over one million acres. Experience includes cruises for state, federal, and industrial clients, detailed inventories for forest management and planning purposes, and timberland sales and acquisitions.

Forest Management: Responsible for forest management plan development on over 80,000 acres of utility-owned land as part of FERC licensing projects. Also responsible for the implementation of many of these plans, along with overseeing the day-to-day management of over 325,000 acres of clients' forestlands.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS): Experience includes the development of GIS projects and day-to-day use of software on numerous projects throughout the Lake States. Extensive experience has been gained in the application of this technology since 1993 in the forestry setting. Responsible for GIS project design, personnel management, and proposal preparation.

Resource Studies: Conducted numerous studies in various locations throughout the United States relating to forestland resources and timber industry components. Work includes extensive GIS applications and analyses of state and federal forest resource data.

Forestland Acquisitions and Sales: Responsible for providing consulting services related to due diligence for clients pursuing possible timberland acquisitions and sales. Work includes property tours, resource and market analyses, and in-depth forest analysis. To date, work has been completed throughout the Lake States and the state of New York on over 375,000 acres of timberland.

Litigation and Expert Testimony: Appeared as an expert witness, testifying on timber volumes, values, and forest management practices for clients in Marquette County, Michigan, and Adams, Washburn, Portage, and Langlade Counties, Wisconsin. Worked on numerous other projects settled prior to court.
