Max Garner grew up in Biscoe, North Carolina and graduated from NC State University in 1976. He graduated from Loyola School of Law in New Orleans in 1979 and was admitted to the NC Bar in 1979. Max is the attorney for Montgomery County Schools. In addition to education law, he primarily practices criminal, motor vehicle and real estate law.
