Louis M. Ditta was born in 1958 and is a native Houstonian. In 1980 he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Cum Laude) from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. From 1980 to 1985 he worked as an accountant for the firm of Fitts, Roberts & Co., CPAs, earning his CPA certificate in 1982. He earned his law degree in 1988 from the University of Houston Law Center. From 1989 to 2015 he practiced with Cenatiempo & Gardner and Cenatiempo & Ditta, LLP. Louis is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

His current memberships and professional endeavors include:

• State Bar of Texas
• Houston Bar Association (Former Chair of the Probate Section)
• Houston Chapter - Texas Society of CPAs
• Houston Business and Estate Planning Council
• Houston Estate and Financial Forum
