Mr. Sabine’s career at Sabine & Waters, Inc. has been varied in his 10-year history with the company. From GIS specialist to forester, wetland ecologist to wildlife biologist, Mr. Sabine has expertise in a multitude of environmental and land management services. Early on in his career, his primary focus was in the area of wetland and critical line determination, protected species survey and monitoring as well as prescribed burning and GIS. After receiving a Master Degree in Forest Resources from the University of Georgia and becoming a Registered Forester in South Carolina, Mr. Sabine’s roll has expanded to include forest and wildlife management, forest carbon sequestration, and wetland and environmental permitting. He also has experience in artificial cavity installation and management of the federally listed endangered red-cockaded woodpecker (Picoides borealis) as well as hazardous chemical bioremediation and removal, and hydrological and marsh vegetation monitoring.
