Idaho Soil & Water Conservation Commission

The Conservation Commission focuses on doing Conservation the Idaho Way – voluntary stewardship vs. regulatory mandates. We promote responsible stewardship by providing assistance and support for conservation projects on private lands. Proactive, non-regulatory projects are beneficial because they address issues of concern and can help avoid costly lawsuits and onerous regulations.
