Germaine provides investment and financial planning advice to families, professional business owners, and investors who seek specialized coaching such as recently retired individuals. She writes a monthly column on personal and business finance for the Journal of South Mississippi Business. Germaine received a B.A. from the University of Mississippi and an M.S. from the University of Southern Mississippi. She has served for the CFP Board and the AICPA's Personal Financial Planning Section as well as local groups such as Boy Scouts and the Walter Anderson Museum of Art.
