Since 1989 Curtis D. Rindlisbacher has provided legal counsel and advice in the areas of estate planning, probate, conservatorship, trust administration, and probate-related litigation. Mr. Rindlisbacher has years of experience designing and preparing wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts. He advises and provides legal services for trustees, executors and beneficiaries in post-death administration proceedings. He also represents conservators and conservatees in cases involving disabled adults, and advises clients and their families on issues related to elder law including long-term care at home and in nursing homes, and Medi-Cal eligibility and estate recovery issues.
Mr. Rindlisbacher was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese from Brigham Young University in 1986. He lived in Japan from 1979 to 1980, and is proficient in Japanese. He is a member of the California State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Fresno County Bar Association, the Trusts and Estates Section of the California State Bar Association, the Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate Section of the Fresno County Bar Association, the Fresno Estate Planning Council, WealthCounsel (a national membership association of attorneys devoted to estate planning), and the AdvisorsForum (a national membership association of attorneys, accountants, and financial professionals devoted to working together to assist clients with their estate planning needs). He was on the faculty of San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis, California where he taught paralegals in the area of estate planning and probate.
