ARTISANAL GOAT CHEESE • Yellow Springs Farm proudly offers fresh, soft-ripened, & cave-aged Artisanal Goat Cheeses. The most important part of our cheeses is the exceptionally good milk our goats produce. We breed and raise Nubian goats, with occasional genetic crosses, carefully selected for their naturally nutrient rich milk. Our cheese is available for a la carte pre-order pick up, as well as cheese samplers & gift boxes for local delivery and shipping via UPS. Our cheese is also available for in-person shopping at Kimberton Whole Foods, Mid-Atlantic Whole Foods Markets, and at our local Saturday markets at Phoenixville Farmers' Market & West Chester Growers Market.
