Troy earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from LSU in 1997 and his J.D. in 2000 from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. He served as law clerk to the Honorable John R. Walker, 32nd Judicial District Court from 2003-2004. Troy passed all sections of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) exam in 2007.
