Sylvania Forest Consultants was begun in 1997 by Susanne Brown B.S., M.S., C.F., in Bessemer, Michigan. Susanne graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Forest Science and has a Masters’ degree in Forest Resources from the University of Washington in Seattle. She is a Michigan Registered Forester and a Society of American Foresters Certified Forester (CF). Susanne has over 30 years experience working in forest biology and forest management. Sylvania Forest Consultants specializes in serving private landowners and private or public forest land managers with technical services and consultations.
