Southern Sweet Bee was a dream that started back in 1982 under the name Queen Royal honey and then Mike moved into selling honey by the 55 gallon drums to the USDA in the late 1980's and 1990's. When Mike Keller's family grew and his kids had become young adults, the name changed to Southern Sweet Bee in 2012.
