Family Style HUNTING CLUB for the last 6 years. Located in Wilkes Co., 4 separate Club properties all located in wilkes county. Hardwoods,

swamp, pines, truck driveable roads, small pond, River, and very plentiful wildlife. When you join our club... you get to hunt all 4 properties ... 3000 ACRES

$1500.00 per membership

For the past six years this has been a Family Club that has been hunted very little, but with great results.

21 members / 3000 acres / 1500.00 Yearly HUNTING CLUB Wilkes County - $1500 (21 members 21 members total 3000 acres in Washington Georgia, in Wilkes County and we are taking deposits NOW to hold these 5 remaining spots for next year!

4 separate properties.... totaling 3000 acres

Property#1 is Thinned pines, Hardwoods, Creek Bottoms, Food Plots, and equals 550 acres and had 10 Trophy deer harvested this year, along with 10+ does

Property #2 Thinned pines, Hardwoods, Creek Bottoms, Food Plots, Heavy Swamps, Duck Ponds, and equals 650 acres and had 59 Hogs Harvested, 50+ Ducks, 40+ Doves, 11 Trophy deer harvested this year, along with 15+ does.

Property #3 Thinned pines, Hardwoods, Creek Bottoms, Food Plots, Massive creeks, and equals 1000 acres and had 4 Hogs Harvested, 15 Trophy deer harvested this year, along with 10+ does.

Property #4 Thinned pines, Hardwoods, Creek Bottoms, Food Plots, Massive creeks, and equals 670 acres and had 2 Hogs Harvested, 6 Trophy deer harvested this year, along with 10+ does.

We have it all..... Electricity on Campsite for your camper, swamps, pines, Hardwoods, truck driveable roads, small ponds, River, and very plentiful wildlife. When you join our club... you get to hunt all 4 properties ... 3000 ACRES all year-round.

We have an abundance of wildlife.... Hogs, Deer, Turkeys, Coyotes, Ducks, Doves,

$1500.00 per Family membership with total of 21 total openings for members... and we only have 5 spots left for next year 2015-2016. The reason for the openings, we had a large club that we are consolidating. We already have 10 commitments.

Here are the requirements... You may not be a retired person, must be game fully employed and be a weekend warrior. Not looking for members that hunt everyday. You must live at least 1.5 hours away from our properties. You may not be a COMPLAINER, TROUBLE MAKER, WINER and you must follow the rules, be courteous of others, and be professional at all times.

Here are the requirements because we are seeking a mild to low impact on our properties as we are going to be considered to be a MAJOR TROPHY HUNTING CLUB.... The first 2 years we will be limiting the Doe harvest and restricting what Bucks you can harvest. You may not be a retired person (not looking for the everyday hunter). You must be game fully employed and be a weekend warrior, (We had a guy that stayed in our bunkhouse and hunted the entire season). WE ARE NOT looking for members that hunt everyday. You must live at least 1.5 hours away from our properties. You may not be a COMPLAINER, TROUBLE MAKER, WINER and you must follow all the rules, PIN IN and PIN OUT our PIN BOARD, be courteous of others, and be professional at all times.... If you are complaining or criticizing about this post or the requirements of our new club, you are not the future member that we are seeking.... We seek like-minded mature hunters seeking to harvest 150+ class bucks in the future.

Our 1500.00 price will keep the majority of selfish hunters out. If you are tired of the HUGE HUNTING CLUB, with too many selfish members not following the rules and your club members are infringing on your quality of your hunting experience .......
