Thank you for visiting Soul Food Farm. We are a family farm located in Solano County, California. We bought the property over twenty years ago and have been on a learning journey ever since. In our first decade of farming, we built a pastured chicken farm. We sold pastured eggs and chicken meat to restaurants and shops throughout the Bay Area. In 2012 we decided to travel a new road. We closed the chicken business and redesigned the farm to add diversity in plants, animals, and philosophy.

Today the farm is engaged in several businesses that all complement each other and keep us extremely busy. Soul Food Farm has extensive lavender fields for a joint partnership with Morningsun Herb Farm. We named the lavender business Hierbas y Flores. Soul Food Farm also produces olive oil, cut flowers, sheep yarn, specialty vegetables, and hosts workshops and lectures.
