Rosa Esqueda is a Senior 1031 Exchange Advisor with Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC and its affiliate companies. She has responsibility for the company's Los Angeles Branch Office located in downtown Los Angeles, California.
Mrs. Esqueda has day-to-day management responsibility for business development, educational program delivery, and client relationship management for the company's Los Angeles County 1031 Exchange operations.
Rosa Esqueda brings more than 25 years of leadership experience as an award-winning manager of multi-state real estate transactional services operations to her current position. She has substantial expertise in:
- Title Insurance
- Escrow and 1031 Exchange underwriting
- Commercial and residential real estate closings, including transactions of all sizes in virtually every state in the US
- Facilitation of real and personal property 1031 Exchanges, including Forward 1031 Exchange, Reverse 1031 Exchanges and Improvement 1031 Exchanges.
- She has facilitated in excess of 25,000 1031 Exchange transactions throughout her career, including a forward and reverse 1031 Exchange, each with a relinquished and replacement property value respectively of over $1 Billion.
Most recently, Rosa Esqueda served as Vice President and Regional 1031 Exchange Manager/Underwriter for LandAmerica Financial Services, Inc., where she provided assistance to twelve 1031 Exchange operations across the Western United States.
Rosa’s achievements have been featured in a Real Estate Southern California publication where she was honored as a Women of Influence for her contributions to commercial real estate. She was also selected for the University of Richmond Leadership Academy Executive Education Program (20 managers of 450 candidates chosen) – where she completed an intensive one-year commitment focused on leadership skills, financial acumen and change management.
Rosa is a published author of featured articles in Western Real Estate Business Publication: "Growing in Reverse Flexibility is a key reason why more commercial real estate investors are choosing 1031 Reverse Exchanges” (January 2006) and "Hotels & 1031 Exchange status quo for growth opportunity" (October 2008).
