He has negotiated landowner leases for renewable energy projects. Litigation experience includes all stages, from pleading through pretrial discovery (interrogatories, requests for production of documents, requests for admissions, depositions), summary judgment, trial (jury or non jury), and appeal. Michael Pill generally does his own title examination in cases requiring search of documents recorded in a Registry of Deeds.
