Matt’s role at RDG has evolved over the years from technical responsibilities to project management and staff mentoring capacities. Although he still enjoys involvement with engineering tasks and construction oversight, his strength is working with people, whether it is clients, agencies, landowners or professional colleagues. Matt is a firm believer that RDG’s high quality projects along with responsiveness and dedication to clients are the reasons for RDG’s success.

Technical Service Providers (TSPs) are individuals, private businesses, nonprofit organizations, or public agencies outside of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) that help agricultural producers apply conservation practices on the land. These NRCS certified professionals provide for convenient access to technical services, quality work, and professional one-on-one technical assistance to landowners or producers who participate in USDA conservation programs.
