Dr. Louis Anderson was born and raised in North Dakota. He received his undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry and German at Jamestown College in Jamestown, North Dakota. Following that, he continued his education at Kansas State University to receive his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, graduating magna cum lauda. He is currently a member of the AVMA, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and Phi Zeta Veterinary Honor Society.
Before moving to the Houston area, Dr. Anderson spent a year at BluePearl Veterinary Partners in Minneapolis, MN doing a rotating small animal medicine and surgery internship. His special interests include endocrinology, soft tissue surgery, and pathology.
