Lindsay Farms is a small family-owned business producing Southern gourmet food products. We can/produce over 60 items including Salsas, Relishes, Jams, Preserves, Pepper Jellies and Barbecue Sauces. All of are made from family recipes in small batches to preserve the quality and integrity of the original recipes. Most of our ingredients are indigenous to the surrounding area and the freshest and finest quality available. We started in 1985 in our kitchen making just jams and preserves. The response from our family and friends was overwhelming. Next, we built a small commercial kitchen, received certification from the USDA and State of Alabama therefore allowing us to sell to the public, including Farmers' Markets, Craft Fairs, Gourmet Stores, etc. Next, we added Salsas to our line. The first Salsa was our best selling and award-winning item BLACKEYE PEA SALSA. Then we added our Peach Salsa, Mango Salsa, Pineapple Salsa, Strawberry Salsa, Raspberry Chipotle Salsa and Verde Salsa. Next, we started making Chow Chow and Barbecue Sauce.
