Limestone Bluffs Resource Conservation and Development Area, Inc. (RC&D) is located in east central Iowa and includes Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson, and Jones counties and is a  non-profit corporation registered in the state of Iowa.  The RC&D serves as the sponsor for many projects. Over the years, Limestone Bluffs RC&D has administered grants from a variety of federal, state and private funding sources and conducted audits of organization funds.  We have orchestrated many projects that have involved hundreds of people over the communities and those projects have given jobs to many people that would normally not have a job.
