Milton is a board certified Estate Planning Administration Specialist, certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. He was named in the November 2009 issue of New Orleans Magazine as one of the Top New Orleans Lawyers and was named as a Louisiana Super Lawyer for 2010 and 2011. He was named a Top Lawyer in 2012, 2013, and 2016 by Acadiana Profile Magazine and was featured in the February-March 2013 issue in an article in which he recounts his handling of a succession with 137 heirs. He earned his baccalaureate degree in 1960 in Accounting from LSU and his law degree in 1964 from LSU Law School. H
