Comments: May 2018 LRP response to request for an administrative adjustment to the Credit Release Schedule for the Kincheloe Mitigation Bank: This adjustment is being requested to document stream and wetland credits that were omitted during the submittal of the as-built credit release. Specifically, the field changes during construction (as-built) and the addition of establishment of tributary AT of LT4 resulted in an additional 312.35 credits. Furthermore, the as-built adjustments noted that an additional 0.90 wetland credits that were generated. To date there has been a total credit release of 50% of all credits from the Kincheloe Bank. This results in a credit adjustment and release of 156.175 stream credits and 0.4525 wetland credits with this letter. Moving forward, the new total values for credit release calculations will be 11,232.94 stream credits and 5.585 wetland credits as shown on the attached credit release schedule. LRP determined that request of 156.175 stream credits and 0.4525 wetland credits is hereby approved.
