Katy came to KFS in July of 2010. She attended college at Southeast Missouri State University and obtained her Masters degree in Forestry from Southern Illinois University in 2009. She serves seven eastern counties. Katy assists private landowners with tree planting projects, forest management, NRCS cost share programs, forest health, and Tree Farm among other things. Katy is a member of the Great Plains chapter of Society of American Foresters where she serves as membership chair.
