Julie A. King focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, probate and chancery litigation, closely held business planning, tax-exempt organizations and charitable giving. She represents individuals, business and farm owners and corporate fiduciaries throughout Virginia.

She represents individual and corporate executors and trustees in matters including probate, will contests and other estate disputes, and proceedings to modify and interpret will and trust documents. She also has extensive experience working with charitable organizations and their governing boards in obtaining federal tax-exempt status and with ongoing compliance issues.
