Mark graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2006 where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he authored the casenote “An Environmental Federalism Dust-Up: EPA’s Authority to Override Unreasonable State Permitting Decisions under the Clean Air Act.” Wyo. L. Since joining Davis & Cannon, LLP, Mark has focused his practice on water, natural resource and construction law, where his background and experience provide a technical and practical understanding of the issues involved.
