Hope Hilton is an attorney specializing in transactional work for private clients, land trusts (local as well as regional and national), non-profits, banks, and governmental agencies. In practice since 1977, her relevant work includes land conservation easements, agricultural conservation easements, working waterfront projects, and long range planning on family owned lands. She has served on land trust boards, planning boards, boards of appeals, affordable housing committees and boards, and  the Real Estate and Title Sections of the Maine State Bar.  Hope has also handled complex land transactions for various state agencies for many years.
