Services include, but are not limited to, timber inventories, timber appraisals, timber theft / damage appraisals, expert witness services, forest managment plans and others

Experience:
I was the owner of Forest Managment Services, until selling it in 2007. I now a the General Manager and Chief Forester for a company that owns 72,000 acres in east Tennessee. In addition to the company's property ownership, we still offer forestry consulting services.
Success story:
Last year, we marked and sold a tract of excellent timber in Knox County, TN. It had exceptional white oak with a significant amount of veneer. We marketed it heavily to not only local buyers, but also out-of-state veneer buyers. A company from Ohio was the high bidder on the timber and it brought almost twice the appraisal.
