Antrim Conservation District

Mission
The Antrim Conservation District is dedicated to helping all land users wisely manage the natural resources of Antrim County. We strive to achieve this in an economically feasible way through working partnerships to sustain the natural resources for future generations.

The Antrim Conservation District was formed May 25, 1944. The creation of the district was a significant event in Antrim County history because it was created by local farmers to conserve, improve and maintain the soil and to obtain efficient, appropriate and economical use of the land. The Antrim Conservation District is still here to protect Antrim Counties land and natural resources. Our district has incorporated technical programs and services to enhance and compliment an ever changing environment.
