Acadia Mountain Guides Climbing School

AMGCS offer a variety of day/overnight adventure-based coed camps. The Young Explorer Adventure Camps (9-12) offer multi-sport fun that can combine rock climbing, paddling, orienteering, survival skills, camping, group living, & cooking essentials. Young Explorer Climbing Camps teach specific outdoor rock climbing technique & rope skills. Teens choose from week long multi-sport Adventure Camps or climbing-specific Rock Pro Camps according to ability. Combine sea kayaking or whitewater rafting, SUPing or mountain biking, with hiking & climbing in the Acadia or Katahdin regions. Climbing camps are offered with two introductory skills camps, sport lead climbing, or traditional multi-pitch climbing. AMG emphasizes safety, team building, personal empowerment/responsibility, problem solving, environmental stewardship and having fun! Accredited by the PCIA & AMGA. Ages:
