Order Granting Summary Judgement to PBPA and Vacating LPC Listing Decision

On April 10, 2014, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) published a final rule in which FWS listed the lesser prairie-chicken (LPC) as a threatened species. Plaintiffs filed suit on June 9, Challenging this listing decision.
