Just a quick note to share a short article I wrote and that it got published today. Amos was instrumental in creating the Partners for Fish and Wildlife program. Later I was lucky to work with the late Senator Inhofe to get the Partners for Fish and Wildlife Act drafted and passed. Anyways, many years later we are using the PFW program to provide regulatory assurances similar to those of Safe Harbor Agreements and Candidate Conservation Agreements but through Section 7 Biological Opinions rather than Section 10 permits.
