This Candidate Conservation Agreement With Assurances (CCAA) signed between the US Fish and Wildlife Service and the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation provides agricultural landowners with assurances that if they implement conservation practices on their land now, they will not face additional restrictions under the Endangered Species Act for the LPC.
