Greg has been performing complex appraisal work in Oregon since 1993. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies in 1993. Greg subsequently moved to the Willamette Valley area and began working for an independent fee appraisal company, specializing in complex properties throughout Oregon. Greg, an avid fisherman, bird hunter, and mountain biker, moved to Bend in 1998 and continued appraising complex commercial properties (improved office, retail, and industrial properties as well as development land), rural real estate (orchards/vineyards, farms, ranches, resorts, fishing/recreation properties & wild lands), and complex residential properties. Greg has served as lead appraiser on numerous federal land exchange and conservation projects. Greg is a MAI-Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (the highest level of professional designation for general commercial appraisal services from the industry leader). With Greg’s extensive background and skill set, he regularly assists clients with litigation support, including serving as an expert witness in trial environments, lender support, estate planning, etc. Jill Moore, with a strong background in the securities and real estate industries, runs the company operations and assists Greg with appraisal projects.
