Willard C. Parker, II, known as "Burry," began his law practice in 1973 with the firm’s predecessor, Miller, Wheeler, Thompson & Thompson.  Burry’s practice has concentrated in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, zoning, and land use, as well as corporations and business acquisitions. His litigation practice has taken him to the Appellate Courts of Maryland on numerous occasions including two cases which reflect his creative approach to problem solving, namely: Worton Creek Marina, LLC v. Claggett, 381 Md. 499 (2004) and Millar v. Bowie, 115 Md. App. 682 (1997).
