Mr. Hawks has been actively involved in the real estate appraisal profession since 2002, and recently joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Regional Manager of Valuation & Advisory completing assignments in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. For the past 14 years, Mr. Hawks has worked for a commercial real estate valuation firm in Kansas City where he conducted research, prepared appraisals, reviewed appraisals and trained trainee and associate appraisers and was part of the senior management team. His current responsibilities consist of client relations and internal quality control, as well as the review and appraisal of real property.

Past appraisal work includes the valuation of numerous property types of commercial real estate including office, medical office, retail, industrial and triple net properties, as well as special use properties and right-of-way acquisition work. Additionally, Mr. Hawks has served as an expert witness in many court hearings/proceedings and tax appeal cases.
