Dr. Pitre is a 2008 graduate of LSU School of Veterinary Medicine (and rabid Purple and Gold fan!). After practicing for two years in California, Dr. Pitre, a native of Larose, is happy to be home. Dr. Pitre has one son Pierre, and is married to Ryan McGahan, owner of Meaty McGahan Bar-B-Que. When not working, she enjoys watching sports and listing to music (especially live), spending time and traveling with family and being a personal taste tester for Ryan. Her veterinary interests include exotic animal patients and feline medicine.
