Current main job duty is as senior staff appraiser. Earned Certified General Appraiser licenses in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota in April 2001. Past projects have included federal/industrial land exchanges, large tract, industrial land disposals and acquisitions, conservation easements, and other vacant forestland properties of various acreages. Took Appraisal Institute–sponsored course entitled “Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (Yellow Book)” on November 5 and 6, 2009 in Livonia, Michigan.
