RGALT's Mission & Vision

RGALT's mission is to preserve open space, agricultural lands and wildlife habitat through the use of voluntary conservation easements to be “held in trust” by RGALT.   RGALT's vision of the Middle Rio Grande valley is a landscape rich in vegetation and wildlife with water in the river and ditches, thriving farms and rural communities, and farmers' markets that link rural and urban interests.
