Phil has been involved in forestland and commercial real estate valuation for the past ten years. His experience includes appraisals of pine and hardwood timberland, conservation easements, rights-of-way, historic properties, transitional lands, waterfront tracts, residential subdivisions, office and industrial facilities, contaminated sites, mining lands, urban and rural lands.  Phil has previously had over 20 years of experience in forest management, wood procurement, and technical services with two major corporations in the forest industry.
