North Central Range Improvement Association (NCRIA) serves as Noble and Payne County’s prescribed burning association (PBA) and always welcomes new members and guests.
PBAs are landowner cooperatives that share knowledge, experience and equipment among contributing members to increase the application and safety of prescribed fire.
