We currently offer our meats for sale by the cut at the Jackson Farmer's Market only. The hours of the market are from 8am-1pm each Saturday during the market's open season (Feb-Dec). Whole, half, and quarter beef and hogs are also available, as well as whole and half lamb. Please feel free to message or email with questions.
