Kansas Wildlife Habitat Incentive Program

**Discontinued, Apply now under EQIP**

WHIP was a voluntary program for people who wanted to establish or improve wildlife habitat on private land. Through WHIP, USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service provided both technical and financial assistance to establish and improve fish and wildlife habitat.

WHIP was discontinued under the 2014 Farm Bill, but interested applicants can apply for wildlife habitat assistance under EQIP.
