D. R. Coell & Associates Inc. is a Victoria based firm providing professional real estate appraisal and consulting services. The firm was founded in 1974 and provides services to a broad base of clients throughout Vancouver Island.

In addition, the partnership has specialized expertise in the analysis of forest land, marinas, and industrial waterfront, and consults on these projects throughout British Columbia.

All reports are prepared in conformity with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. All appraisers on staff are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and subscribe to the Code of Professional Ethics and the Standards of Professional Practice for members of the Institute.

Mr. Miller is a Vice-President and Partner of D. R. Coell & Associates Inc. Since entering private practice in 1980, Mr. Miller has provided appraisal and consulting services on a wide variety of property types and has specialized in the areas of marine commercial/industrial and forest resource properties. In addition, Mr. Miller provides negotiating services with respect to rental renewals and tenure acquisition for roads and public utility corridors. Since 2000 Mr. Miller has served on the National Appraisal Review Panel for the Ecological Gifts Program administered by Environment Canada.
